New facelifted Chevrolet Camaro revealed

2019 Chevrolet Cruze gets a sportier look in latest refresh 2019 Chevrolet Cruze revealed, but you can't buy the sedan in India

Chevrolet has unveiled the refreshed 2019 Camaro line up and the range has one very nice new addition for the auto guys and gals out there that want something more track ready but without a big honkin' V8. Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore as the camo has officially been cut loose on the 2019 Camaro and it's...well, it's interesting. The front fascia has been completely re-worked, as has the rear. Let us know in the comments section below. The headlights now seem to be floating in a large honeycomb grille and the lower vents have been reworked substantially.

Mechanically, the new Camaro Turbo 1LE joins the V6 1LE, SS 1LE and ZL1 1LE to round out Camaro's lineup of 1LE track stars. Whereas the base RS model looks a little too Mustang-inspired for my liking, and the high-powered SS is overly styled with a gaping grille and black plastic accents, the styling of the 1LE is more inspired, with a more sculpted, aggressive look overall. The latter is offered by the driving mode selector.

The 6.2-litre V8-powered Camaro SS has had its bowtie badge moved and gutted, allowing for better air flow for cooling and the GM marketing department to come up with the name "flowtie". It's designed for drag racers looking to warm up the rear wheels for extra grip before running down the strip.

The cosmetic changes to the Camaro are minimal, with the reshaped bumpers making the biggest aesthetic impact. This is a departure from the previous slim, sleek design.

Especially the Camaro. The venerable Chevrolet line's LS, LT, RS, and SS models will have unique grilles, fascias and lighting signatures, along with new colours, wheels and dual taillight designs to distinguish one trim from another. They honestly remind us of something that would be more at home on a Malibu, but they aren't the worse thing in the world.

Just yesterday, New York Times writer Brian Chen downloaded every piece of his personal data that the social network was storing. Loebsack asked whether it would be possible for Facebook to exist if it did not package user data into profiles for advertisers.

The track-test vehicle was covered with camouflage to hide a mid-cycle refresh for the Gen V Camaro, about to enter its fourth year. Pricing has not yet been announced, but if you consider the fact that the V6 1LE begins at about $33,000, the Turbo 1LE is definitely a track-worthy bargain.

Just the 10-speed alone would be worth updating for us, but Chevrolet wasn't content with just updating the V8 models.

Chevrolet has unveiled reinvigorated 2019 Camaro lineup with updated designs, new available technologies and the first-ever Turbo 1LE. This includes larger diameter stabilizer bars, specifically tuned dampers, stiffer cradle bushings and the full range of go-fast goodies including larger wheels and tires. For the first time the LS trim package will be made available in the Cruze Hatch. The rear camera is said to drastically reduce the Camaro's substantial blind spots.

New safety add-ons include a standard Rear Camera Mirror for 2SS and ZL1 models which provides a wider field of view and a Forward Collision Alert system. Its result was one of the worst-performing Camaros ever sold.
