Rudy Giuliani blasts Michael Cohen, calls former Trump fixer a 'pathological liar'

Giuliani says Trump could soon decide on Mueller interview Trump Org CFO subpoenaed in Cohen probe

Giuliani rejected Cohen's recent reported claim that Trump knew in advance of a meeting between top campaign officials and a Russian lawyer offering dirt on Hillary Clinton ahead of the 2016 election.

"Colluding about Russians ― I'm not sure that's even a crime", Giuliani told CNN's Alisyn Camerota. Sounds to me like someone is trying to make up stories in order to get himself out of an unrelated jam (Taxi cabs maybe?).

Giuliani was even more explicit in his praise of Cohen in May, saying that Cohen is "an honest, honorable lawyer" when ABC's George Stephanopoulos asked if he was concerned that Cohen, who is under criminal investigation by the U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan, would cooperate with prosecutors. "If they rely on him ... it would destroy whatever case they have".

Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani (joo-lee-AH'-nee) says the president may be open to an interview with special counsel Robert Mueller even if it involves some questions about alleged obstruction of justice in the federal investigation into Russian Federation interference in the 2016 election.

And now Cohen is saying that Donald Trump Jr. did let his father know about that meeting in advance.

President Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani attacked the manhood of special counsel Robert Mueller - hours after the president said Mueller had an ethical conflict due to their own "nasty" relationship.

"The man is an honest honorable lawyer", Giuliani said in one old cable news appearance, which was juxtaposed to him now saying, "The man is a pathological manipulator, liar".

"He's been lying all week, he's been lying for years", Giuliani said.

FBI documents for warrant on Carter Page 'misled the court'
The dossier was used, in part, as justification for why the Justice Department sought a warrant to surveil Page. Mueller is investigating whether there was any collusion between Russian Federation and Trump's campaign.

"I don't see how he has any credibility", Giuliani said.

At one time, Giuliani said he hoped to make a final decision on whether or not Trump testifies by July 4.

"Nobody should proceed on the assumption that President Trump's going to pardon".

The president's lawyers, Giuliani said, want their client to answer questions only on collusion - which he denies - and not obstruction of justice, which Mueller is investigating.

The leak fanned speculation about how much damage Cohen can inflict on the president and whether he is now mulling a cooperation deal with federal prosecutors.

Trump has repeatedly insisted that he's willing to be interviewed by Mueller's team. And that direct line between Russian interference and the president has never been proved before.

This week in the Russian Federation investigations: Michael Cohen goes rogue; what would it mean if it is determined he is telling the truth?

Davis did not immediately return a message seeking comment about Trump's claims. "How stupid and unfair to our Country", he tweeted.
